1. Eligibility and Access

This Site is exclusively for use by current members of Heritage Golf Club and their authorized household members. Unauthorized access or use of the Site is strictly prohibited.

You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, please contact the Club immediately.

2. Use of the Site

Members may use the Site for purposes including but not limited to:

• Booking tee times and reservations (coming soon)
• Accessing statements and paying dues (coming soon)
• Registering for events or club activities (coming soon)
• Viewing club announcements, calendars, and policies
• Managing personal and family profile information

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm the Club or its members.

3. Privacy

All member information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the Club’s collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

4. Conduct and Community Guidelines

Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully when engaging with other members and club staff through the Site. This includes:

• No harassment, offensive language, or defamatory remarks
• No posting of false or misleading information
• No unauthorized commercial activity or promotion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, images, text, and software, is owned or licensed by Heritage Golf Club and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
